Why can’t I find the “Place Bid” link on some project pages? If the project is closed the link will not show up, because the Buyer has selected a winning bidder and the project is closed. The “Place Bid” link will also not show up if a project is frozen, which means bidding has temporarily been stopped by the Buyer.
