In addition to getting the latest gossip from around town, beauticians at highlighting South Tampa are like bartenders, giving sound advice but with a side order of gossip instead of a drink.
The Professional Beauty Association, based in Scottsdale, Arizona claims the salon business is “basically recession proof, however some people may be waiting longer to get their hair done.”
Many women claim they would give up other things before giving up their hair stylist because having good-looking hair is so important to most all women.
